How 1-1 talking sessions work
The sessions are held on a booking basis. We offer five 30 minute sessions for any issue.
1. Login to the chat bot and request a chat.

The chat bot link provided with your subscription allows you to send us a request to talk in real time.
2. Await a response from a Coach.
The sessions last for 30 mins and are run by our Coaches who are there to listen and assist where necessary.
3. Choose to message now, chat over the phone or message later.
We can listen online there and then, or you can book a time later to talk or message.
4. End the session properly as advised.
Each session lasts for 30 minutes and we provide five sessions per topic.
5. Arrange a time if you require another session.
We work with you to set a next session if you need one.
Desk Yoga
Hi there and thanks for joining us. Today's sequence is nice and short and great if you're at your desk or sitting at home and want a break to free up the upper body a bit. You can remove your shoes for a nicer experience.
- Have you feet flat on the floor, so you might want to shift you weight to make sure your feet get grounded on the floor.
- Lets close our eyes and take a few moments in stillness before we start the breathing exercises.
- 30 big inhales and exhales. On the last exhale, hold 1min. Breath in and out twice and on the second hold for 30 secs and out.
- Ok lets relax and come to the edge of our seat a little. Sit up nice and tall.
- Now lets drop our chin to our chest and slowly draw our head back. And repeat.
- Now lets slowly move our head from side to side and help dissolve the tension in the neck muscles.
- Now lets slowly circulate the head. Keeping the shoulders back and the body straight. Now the opposite way.
- Now lets raise the arms above the head to meet. The hands behind the head and gently stretch the chest out.
- Praise the Sun.
- Now lets move our arms down and to the sides of the chair and look to the left and back gently and to the other side.
- Now lets sit to the back of the chair and grasp the chair seat with our left hand while our right arm comes over arching. Stretch.
- Now place your left hand to the right seat and right arm up and overarching. Then the other hand.
- Now sit back and lean forward until your trunk is to knees. Move arms backwards and a little upwards. All the way back neck.
- Back up and start pelvic circles. Both ways.
- Knee up to chest, loosen the hamstrings. Let leg down and stretch leg out forward if you can and up to the chest. Swap legs.
- Move leg to ankle over knee and circle ankles. Swap legs.
- Lean over the bent leg to the chest if you can. and swap.
- Ankle grab and leg pulled behind and swap.
- Praise the Sun
- Arms up in final praise and arms down crossed holding elbows and behind head and twist and twist.
- Shoulders and chest open and close with the in-breath.
- Arms out forward, palms stretch upside down, forward rowing, circle wrists, circle shoulders.
- The arrow.
- Praise the Sun
