How the Daily Meditation Works

The sessions are held daily so drop in every Lunchtime or Evening. Our Meditation technique is easy to follow yet very effective at reducing the over activity of the mind into a much calmer, clearer state of awareness.

The link allows you to join the members only sessions at lunchtime.

2. Click to join the session.


The sessions are run by our expert tutors who are there to guide you through the session. 

3. Follow the steps for a calming meditation.


The tutor will guide you through a calming meditation. Use speakers or headphones.

4. End the session properly as advised.


With eyes closed follow the instructions from the tutor on how to end the session properly.

5. Go about your day stress-free, clear and happy.
