How the Daily Yoga Works

Our sessions use simple yet effective Yoga methods that will help improve your overall wellbeing, posture and improve your Mental and Physical Health.

The link allows you to join the members only Desk Yoga sessions that can be followed at work or home.

2. Click to join the session.

The sessions run for around 15mins where our tutors guide you through some simple physical exercises.

3. Follow the live instructions provided.


Listen and follow to the easy physical movements designed to promote a healthy body and mind.

4. End the session properly as advised.


With eyes closed follow the instructions from the tutor on how to end the session properly.

5. Go about your day stress-free, clear and happy.
