Duncan Judd

Director

Responsible for the direction of the company, our loyal membership subscribers and our vision. Duncan is responsible for all staff, strategy delivery, process management, advertising, day to day management and growth.

The vision -  to bring premium wellbeing services to the workplace, via a limitless streaming online system. Utilising extensive knowledge of scientifically corroborated methods of wellbeing, Duncan created a subscription membership programme containing live sessions, webinars, Group Counselling and the best techniques available today:

Desk Yoga, Desk Meditation, Group Counselling sessions and weekly webinars, wellbeing workshops and online resources bring the best possible variety of content together to help improve mental health in the workplace.

It is evident that occasional in-house yoga or 1-1 counselling sessions simply cannot reach everyone in a company to help with their wellbeing. Happy Minds At Work however has it all covered. The USP is the live sessions and the ability to reach an endless number of people via a limitless streaming capacity. We help thousands of people reduce their stress, anxiety and fatigue and improve their energy, motivation, performance, productivity and happiness, everyday. We help businesses reach all staff at once to deliver a duty of care, while retaining great talent, happy employees, increased productivity and a decrease in absenteeism.
